The rest place inside each WING was modified. In all 3 WINGs, permanent Tables and Chair are being build. Shafi's idea. He says plants willbe planted later at the corners.

Partition between Block A and the Rumah Papans

The old broken wire mesh wall between Block A and the rumah papans in front beside Jln Hj Mokhtar, is replaced with 5 feet high Metel Decks.

Partition Wall between Block A and Block B

The partition wall between Block A and Block B is in progress. A 8 feet high metal deck is being installed.





Sahfi insist on fixing a door to Block B for the indons and kampung pasir people who illegally occupy and cultivate some fish pond there.

A rumah papan had been turn into a Rela Post.

Drainage Cover

Most of the drainage are exposed. Sahfi want the drainage to be covered with concreate covers. So, the construction of the concrete covers is in progress..

MotorBike Parking Shade

Presently we hv one temporary motorbike parking area below Wing3 near the Bilik Air and Bilik TNB. The area is insufficient as there are more Motorbikes than the shade can offer. Some tenents keep parking their motorbikes in the walkways to the Lift even when there is enough space at the parking area. Some tenents are just plain inconsiderate to others. We have decide to build a motorbike area near the entrace to estana court. The area takes about 8 car park place. Pic below.

Once complete, all motorbike must be parked under the shade provided. MC/security will lock any bikes parked in other areas.

Telephone cable

As we all know, around the year 2005/6, some bloody animal had cut and stolen the telephone cables in the telephone riser rooms to all floor.

Last week the works for re-installing telephone cables to all floor had began.

Paint Work

For the past 4 days, since 2August07, paint works at ground floor is in progress. Sahfi had decide to do two tone paint work at ground floor, but only ground floor will be painted. Walls, cable conduits and doors will be painted.

For the wall, a darker and lighter orange color was selected by him.

Making passage/road between block A and B

The swampy area between Block A and Block B is cleared and filled with gravels. Soon this will make way for a access road to fire hydrant and rubbish/refuse collection room at WING-1.

To the suprise of many, our Big Taiko had desided to cut trees which was part of the landscape, created by the defunct developer in accordance with MJAP requirement. Five big trees were cut, remaining 3 small trees. Sahfi says he got some plans for the area, he wants to plant some plants and make some sort of sitting shade. We shall see...

Clearing Drainage

According to Shafi, MPAJ had given verbal warning to clean up the drainage around estana court.

On the 10July07 backhoe was hired to clean-up the drainage.

Installing elbow joints

Will post more pictures of revival works.

Last July07, new drainage elbow-joint was installed. Developer promista did not installed all the drainage pipes properly, some were missing. The missing elbow joins for the drainage at the corridoor-way was replaced with new ones.
