Ukay Bistari's Retaining Wall

After the heavy down-pour of rain on the 3/10/06, the retaining wall between Estana Court and Ukay Bistari which was installed resently (in June) by TALAM had collapsed. Muds had washed down and cloged up estana court drains.. AGAIN..
