Electrical Works 11 - Individual TNB meters

About 2 week ago, Electrician Abu together with TNB guys have started installing the TNB meter for those units that hv paid all dues. ie revival contribution(rm2000), TNB deposit(rm120/rm150/rm200/rm500 depending on units), electrical contractor charge(rm120) for endosement, photocopy of IC, copy of S&P( 3pages), TNB forms filled, signed and submitted.

*MIHRAB Sdn Bhd is no longer the MC for estana court.

** PPPEC no longer active. **
** JMB (Joint Management Body) is active together with RIMBUN CAPITAL **

* JR agency had reduced drastically many rented units as hostel due to Texas Instrument had terminated many Indonsian workers.

SL-1 Bakery Shop.
SL-2 Restarant/Kedai Makan -- mostly closed
SL-3 Vacant.
SL-4 Laundry Shop (Kedai Dobi)/IT shop -- CLOSED DOWN -- now SL-4 is being used as office/store room by Mihrab workers
SL-5 Book Storage unit.
SL-6 Grocery shop. (Kedai runcit)/Kedai Makan
SL-7 Vacant unit
SL-8 Vacant unit

The old Promista Office at Ground Floor had been turn into a Surau. Loud Speakers been installed by MC to please some people and irritate some people.

* More Revival works started since Aug07. The payment for new works come from Stakeholder Fund. Works done include the following
i).. fencing work between Block A and Block B... (DONE)
ii).. fencing work between Block A and Rumah Papans .. (DONE)
iii).. telephone cable ...(UNKNOWN STATUS)
iv).. paint works .. .(DONE - STOPPED)
v).. MotorBike Parking Shade.. (DONE - but still not enough).. update : 3 car park slots were converted into motorbike parking area without shade.
vi).. Drainage Cover.. (DONE).
vii).. landscape improvement .. in progress.
viii).. Childrend Playground.. (DONE).
ix).. Lift Bomba ok
x).. Even Floor Lift .. (DONE) ( Down again since last year)

Repair done by new management.

xi).. Odd FloorsLift ..(DONE)
xii).. Installing Fire Extinguisher. (DONE.. only at ground floor)

Installed back at all flour with breakglass box by new management.

xiii).. Repairing Bomba Tank and Hose reel Pipes. ( STATUS UNKNOWN.. actually work was not done at all).
xiv).. Water Tank.. 4 more roof top tanks waiting for repair. ( STATUS UNKNOWN.. not done at all)
xv).. Doors common area riser room doors ( DONE )
xvi).. Individual Letter Boxes been installed.. (DONE but not maintained, many boxed been damaged)
