Few thing were highlighted to Tukang Paip, Zarkhan.
- Water leaks at ground floor near office area. Tukang Paip had to break the cement to isolate the broken paip. The broken paip was replaced.
- Ground floor water tanks over flows. The Ball Float Valve was missing, it was either not installed by developer or its been stolen. Tukang Piap replaced new Ball Float Valve to stop the water from the bulk meter when the tank is full.
- One of the main roof top water tank over flows. not rectified yet. may need Ball Flaot Valve.
- The tanks leaking at some nut and bolt area. not rectified yet.
- Roof top water sensors not working. not rectified yet. Electrician Abu is working on it.
- Water tank need to be cleaned. Last week, I alone manage to clean the tanks facing block B and the Main road. The tank facing Ukay Bistary and the 2 tanks in the center need to be cleaned.
