3) The cables to the Bomba Lift at the roof top electrical switch board is restored. Power is supplied from the gen-set is checked. 3phase supply is confirmed to be at 415Volt.

5) The picture shows the central control system panel. The control system was intact, no vandalism on the system. If it was stolen then it would have been very costly.

The old Promista Office at Ground Floor had been turn into a Surau. Loud Speakers been installed by MC to please some people and irritate some people.
* More Revival works started since Aug07. The payment for new works come from Stakeholder Fund. Works done include the following

ii).. fencing work between Block A and Rumah Papans .. (DONE)
iii).. telephone cable ...(UNKNOWN STATUS)
iv).. paint works .. .(DONE - STOPPED)
v).. MotorBike Parking Shade.. (DONE - but still not enough).. update : 3 car park slots were converted into motorbike parking area without shade.
vi).. Drainage Cover.. (DONE).
vii).. landscape improvement .. in progress.
viii).. Childrend Playground.. (DONE).
ix).. Lift Bomba ok
x).. Even Floor Lift .. (DONE) ( Down again since last year)
