Consumer pipe pressure test pass. Hydrant pressure test fails. Search for faulty hydrant pipe begins. The layout in the piping-plan with syabas is different from the actual as-builded pipings. As such ground had to be dug to find the actual pipes.

(1) - The Consumer Pipe pressure test passed. The Hydrant Pipe pressure test fails. Piping layout blueprint from Syabas cannot be used as developer did not update the changes they made. As such Backhoe is used to excavate the ground to search for the faulty hydrant pipe. 25July06
